I have been trying to cut down on my frizzy drinks...so I decided to join the smoothie lovers. I mean...where is the guilt in drinking a glass of blended fruits?!...NO GUILT!!! Don't overdo it tho...fruits maybe natural but they still have sugar. So if you've got a sweet tooth like me...try out this very simple 2-ingredient smoothie. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of frozen diced pineapple
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
Method:
- Squeeze the oranges.
Pour the orange juice into the blender and add the diced pineapple. Blend till smooth.
- That's all! So easy right?!...Enjoy!
